Immigration Evaluations
Immigration Evaluations are psychological evaluations conducted by licensed mental health professionals, which are often necessary for immigration legal proceedings.

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide Immigration Evaluations for the following:​
U-Visa
T-Visa
Spousal Abuse (VAWA)
Political Asylum
Extreme Hardship
Cancellation of Removal
Special Immigration Juvenile Status (SIJS)
Fees
Fees vary based on evaluation type, expedition request, translation needs, and number of individuals being evaluated. Contact me to discuss your evaluation needs and to determine your fee.
Fees for Evaluations include:

2-4 hours of one-on-one telehealth interviews

Review psychological questionnaire results
-
Consultation with your attorney and others who have information pertinent to your case (i.e. police officers, doctors, etc.)

Research

Completion of your Psychological Evaluation Report

Edits to the report after review.
Additional fees:

​Translation & Interpretation

​​You have two options to meet your translation and interpretation needs​​

​Outside Provider: An additional fee is charged when an outside provider is required. The fee is based on the language provider and will be provided to you prior to agreeing to an Evaluation.

Provider of Your Choice: You can pay for a translation/interpretation provider of your choice; however, this provider cannot be a relative.

Court Fees: Court fees apply in cases where court letters, testifying, and court appearances are required.

Letters to third-party: $100

Filing Documents with court: $75
-
Preparation time (including submission of records): $150 per hour (prorated to nearest 5 minutes)

Phone calls: $150 per hour (prorated to nearest 5 minutes)

Mileage: $.55 per mile

Court Appearances: $1000​
